At OAS Technologies, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, refund, or exchange for products and services purchased from us.

By making a purchase through our website or in person, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy Overview

We offer different refund and return conditions depending on the type of item or service you purchase:

  • Digital Products (e.g., software, licenses, downloadable content): Non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • Physical Products (e.g., hardware, accessories): Eligible for return or exchange under conditions below.

  • Training & Consulting Services: Refunds only if cancellation is made within allowed time.

  • Installations or Custom Projects: Non-refundable once service has commenced.


2. Returns (Physical Goods Only)

A. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in original packaging.

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Opened or used items

  • Items damaged by customer misuse

  • Perishable or time-sensitive items

B. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email returns@oastechnologies.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the product back within 3 days of receiving approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


3. Refunds

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Order cancelled before shipment

  • Cancellation of training within the allowed window

No refunds are provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or activated

  • Custom-built hardware or engineering solutions

B. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.


4. Training and Service Bookings

  • You may cancel training or service bookings at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company.

  2. Contact us at billing@oastechnologies.com with your order reference.
